The customer service is great but I have had my vehicle in there 3 times for the same reason and still not fixed. After I paid for it to get fixed

Everything went well. Staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. Enjoyed chatting with one of the salesmen ( Raymond) a bit while waiting.

As always very happy with the team @ Lums! I was super frustrated with an issue I was having, I went to them, they ordered the part, got me in quickly and had the fix done on schedule and faster than I expected.

The service was prompt and courteous. The front desk worker was nice and informative and truly tried to make my service professional and flawless. I am disappointed by the 3% additional fee for using a credit card.
